1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any Vuzuran website, application, API, or related service (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept every term, you must not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this contract on behalf of yourself or your organization.
3. Services Overview
Vuzuran provides cloud-based, AI-powered automation tools, including—but not limited to—workflow orchestration, data-processing APIs, and generative-AI modules. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time with or without notice.
4. Accounts & Security
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by authorized users or automated scripts.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
5. Fees & Payment
If a Service is offered on a paid basis, you agree to pay all fees in U.S. dollars by the stated due date. Late payments may result in interest charges, service suspension, or termination.
6. Acceptable Use
- Upload or generate unlawful, hateful, or infringing content.
- Use the Services to create or disseminate malware, spam, or disinformation.
- Reverse engineer, probe, or overload our systems.
- Use outputs to violate privacy, intellectual-property, or export-control laws.
We may monitor usage and suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
7. AI-Specific Disclaimers
AI outputs may be inaccurate (“hallucinations”), biased, or incomplete. Evaluate results before relying on them in critical contexts.
We provide no legal, medical, or financial advice. You assume all risk for decisions made using AI outputs.
8. User Data & Privacy
We process personal and business data as described in our Privacy Policy and in compliance with applicable laws. You retain ownership of data you submit, but grant us a limited license to use it for providing and improving the Services.
9. Intellectual Property
All Vuzuran software, models, content, and trademarks are and remain our exclusive property. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during the subscription term.
10. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate third-party tools. Use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and Vuzuran is not liable for third-party content or actions.
11. Warranty Disclaimer
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vuzuran’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) USD 100 or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vuzuran, its officers, and employees against any claims or damages arising from your: (i) use of the Services; (ii) violation of these Terms; or (iii) infringement of any third-party right.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach, non-payment, or if required by law. Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends immediately.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
16. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on our website and become effective 30 days after posting unless a shorter period is required by law.
